1. Attendance & Punctuality

• Students must attend classes regularly and arrive on time.
• Minimum 75% attendance is mandatory to be eligible for certification.
• Late arrivals beyond 15 minutes may not be allowed to enter the lab/classroom.

2. Discipline & Conduct

• Maintain silence and discipline within the institute premises.
• Mobile phones must be kept on silent mode during class hours.
• Any form of misconduct, cheating, or misbehavior may lead to suspension or termination.

3. Classroom Etiquette

• Attend theory and practical sessions as per the timetable.
• Respect instructors, staff, and fellow students.
• Seek permission before leaving the classroom during session hours.

4. Lab Rules

• Do not install or uninstall any software without permission.
• Personal USB drives or external devices must be virus-checked before use.
• Report any hardware/software issue immediately to the lab instructor.

5. Dress Code

• Students should be neatly dressed; institute uniforms (if applicable) must be worn.
• Wearing identity cards is mandatory within the campus.

6. Assignments & Projects

• Complete assignments, tests, and project work on time.
• Plagiarism or copying from others will result in rejection of the project.

7. Use of Internet

• Internet usage is strictly for academic and learning purposes only.
• Accessing social media, gaming, or restricted websites is prohibited during training hours.

8. Fee & Certification

• Fees should be paid on or before the due date to avoid penalties.
• Certificates will be issued only upon successful completion of the course and full fee payment.

9. Cleanliness & Safety

• Maintain cleanliness in labs and classrooms.
• Eating or drinking is not allowed inside the computer labs.
• Follow all safety guidelines related to electrical and computer equipment.

10. General Communication

• Students must check notice boards or official WhatsApp/email groups for regular updates.
• Inform the admin in advance in case of any planned leave or absence.
